Just 3 definitions of profligacy - shameless dissoluteness. reckless extravagance. great abundance. As lockdown in the UK was announced, to prevent the spread of Covid -19, the country went f***ing nuts! Panic buying. Loo rolls, hand sanitizer, flour, yes flour? went in such short supply.
Another giddy techno/EDM track, reflecting the mad hysteria which grabbed some the country.
